Receta Chinese Pepper Steaks

- Cut steak into 1/8 inch thick strips. Heat oil. Add in garlic salt, ginger, and pepper. Saute/fry till garlic is golden brown. Add in steak brown lightly 2 min. Remove meat. Add in green peppers, onions. Cook on medium high 4 to 5 min. Return meat to pan. Add in soy sauce, sugar, bouillon, cornstarch dissolved in 1/4 c. cool water. Simmer about 2 min till sauce thickens. Add in green onions. Serve over warm rice. Enjoy Enjoy.
