Ingredientes

  • 8 lbs. pork ribs
  • 1 jar orange marmalade
  • 1 bottle soy sauce
  • Dash ginger
  • 1 whole garlic, minced

Direcciones

  1. The day before cooking - cut ribs into portion size, salt and pepper. Place in deep pan, big sufficient to hold ribs and sauce.
  2. Mix soy sauce, marmalade, garlic and ginger. Pour over ribs. Cover with foil (airtight). Put in refrigerator overnight.
  3. Next day stir and mix the sauce in chops well. Cover with foil (airtight). Cook in oven 1 1/2 hrs or possibly till tender. Take out, put on cookie sheet and put back in oven to dry or possibly brown. Takes only a few min.
