1 can mushroom pcs (4 ounce.) drain & reserve liquid
1 1/4 c. uncooked minute rice
Dash of salt & pepper
Garlic pwdr to taste
1/4 jar LaChoy brown gravy
3/4 of a sm. bottle soy sauce
1/2 c. chicken soup or possibly 1 chicken bouillon cube; dissolve in 1 c. boiling water
1/2 c. boiled water plus liquid from mushrooms
Direcciones
Saute/fry vegetables. Add in mushrooms, rice, spices and sauces. Add in boiled liquids and cover pan. Cook over low heat till done, about 5-10 min. Serves 4.
