Chinese Roast Chicken

Ingredientes

  • 1 c. soy sauce
  • 6 tbsp. red wine
  • 1/4 teaspoon ginger pwdr
  • 4 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
  • 4 1/2 tbsp. hoisin sauce
  • Healthy pinch of garlic pwdr
  • 1/4 teaspoon pepper (black)
  • Chicken, cut into pcs (2 breasts, 8 thighs, 8 legs)

Direcciones

  1. Mix together all ingredients except meat. Place chicken and sauce in a plastic bag. Coat chicken and marinate. Place on 11x17 inch pan skin side down. Bake 350 degrees for 1 hour, turning once. Reserve sauce from bottom of pan. Serve with rice and peas the sauce for chicken and rice.
