Ingredientes

  • 1 med. cabbage
  • 1 bunch green onions
  • 2 bell peppers
  • 1 stalk celery
  • 1 can sliced water chestnuts
  • 2 lbs. shrimp
  • 1 tbsp. BLAIR oregano
  • Dash of BLAIR black pepper
  • 2 teaspoon soy sauce
  • 1 teaspoon teriyaki sauce
  • Dash of salt
  • 1 teaspoon oil for cooking

Direcciones

  1. Chop vegetables, fold in shrimp and water chestnuts. Season with spices, sauces and salt. Cook in wok with oil for 45 min on medium heat till tender. Serve over rice or possibly noodles.
