Ingredientes

  • 4 pound spare ribs, cut Chinese style
  • 6 tbsp. soy sauce
  • 1/4 c. honey
  • 2 tbsp. sherry
  • 2 tbsp. ketchup
  • 2 cloves garlic, crushed
  • 2 tbsp. sugar

Direcciones

  1. Combine all ingredients except meat in shallow pan. Add in ribs and marinate overnight, turning several times. Line roasting pan with foil adding ribs and marinade in pan. Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Roast ribs 45 min. Turn heat down to 325 degrees for another 15 min. When shrinkage occurs ribs are done.
