Ingredientes

  • (Gai don goh)
  • 6 x Large eggs, separated
  • 1 c. sugar
  • 1 tsp vanilla
  • 1 c. flour
  • 1 tsp baking pwdr

Direcciones

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Place egg whites in large bowl and beat till foamy. Gradually add in sugar and beat till stiff. Add in egg yolks, one at a time, beating well after each addition. Add in vanilla. Carefully mix in dry ingredients. Pour into two 9 inch cake pans lined with wax paper. Bake 20 to 30 min. Watch carefully to keep from burning.
