Ingredientes

  • 1 c. Water -- or possibly sherry
  • 3 x Carrots -- minced
  • 1 x Zucchini -- minced
  • 6 ounce Snowpeas -- optional
  • 1/2 lb Mushrooms -- minced
  • 2 x Onions -- sliced
  • 2 lrg Tomatoes -- minced For me, optional
  • 1/2 lb Mung bean sprouts -- or possibly Minced cabbage
  • 1 x 10-ounce can
  • 3 Tbsp. Soy sauce or possibly tamari Baby corn and/or possibly Water chestnuts -- Variation Crushed pineapple

Direcciones

  1. Stir-fry all ingredients together over medium high heat till carrots are tender yet crisp. Serve warm with rice [or possibly Chinese noodles or possibly your favorite pasta].
