Chinese Style Barbecue Ribs

Ingredientes

  • 1 (10 ounce.) jar plum jelly
  • 1/3 c. dark corn syrup
  • 1/3 c. soy sauce
  • 1/4 c. minced green onions
  • 2 cloves garlic, chopped
  • 2 teaspoon ginger
  • 2 lbs. beef or possibly pork ribs
  • Water

Direcciones

  1. Mix all ingredients and heat till sauce is warm. Set aside. Put ribs in a pot and add in sufficient water to cover and simmer till ribs are mostly tender. Remove from water and drain. Put in a shallow pan and baste well with sauce. Bake at 350 degrees till completely tender. Baste with sauce several times during cooking.
