Chinese Style Barbecued Pork

Ingredientes

  • 2 tbsp. Hoisin sauce
  • 4 tbsp. soy sauce
  • 1 tbsp. dry sherry
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon red food coloring
  • 1/4 c. sugar
  • 2 pork tenderloins
  • Chinese warm mustard
  • Toasted sesame seeds

Direcciones

  1. Mix Hoisin sauce, soy sauce, sherry, salt, red food coloring, and sugar in a flat glass dish. Place pork tenderloins in the sauce and turn over several times to coat meat. Cover dish with plastic wrap and chill at least 1 hour or possibly overnight, turning several times, in the sauce.
  2. Place marinated tenderloins on a rack in a foil lined baking pan and bake in a preheated 350 degree oven for about 25 min on each side. Baste occasionally with marinade. Remove, cold and slice meat crosswise into thin slices and serve with warm mustard and toasted sesame seeds for dipping.
