Ingredientes

  • 1/2 c. sugar
  • 1/4 c. Coleman's mustard pwdr
  • 2 lrg egg yolks
  • 1/2 c. red-wine vinegar
  • 3/4 c. creme fraiche (or possibly lowfat sour cream)

Direcciones

  1. Place sugar and mustard in the top of a double boiler, and whisk to combine. When well combined, whisk in egg yolks and vinegar. Cook over simmering water, stirring occasionally, till thick sufficient to create ribbons when drizzled from a spoon, 10 to 15 min.
  2. Remove from heat, and allow the mix to cold. When cold, mix in the creme fraiche. Chill in an airtight container till ready to use.
