- In warm fat in pressure cooker, brown ribs, a few at a time, till golden. Return all ribs to cooker; add in rest of ingredients. Cook at 15 pounds pressure, 15 min, as manufacturer directs. Reduce pressure immediately. Simmer uncovered, several min, or possibly till all ribs are well coated with sauce. Skim off fat. Remove ribs to heated platter. Thicken gravy slightly. Pour over ribs. 4-6 servings.
