Ingredientes

  • 2 Large Tomatoes
  • 1 tbsp finely chopped scallions
  • 1 tsp finely chopped garlic
  • 1/2 tsp sesame oil
  • 1 tbsp white rice vinegar
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • pinch of white pepper
  • pinch of sugar

Direcciones

  1. Mix together all the ingredients for the dressing and set aside
  2. Thinly slice the tomatoes.
  3. Arrange on a plate and pour the dressing over the top
  4. Serve immediately
