Receta Chinese Turkey Drumsticks

Ingredientes

2 Tbsp. Clear honey 1 Tbsp. Tomato puree 1 Tbsp. Soy sauce 1 x Clove garlic, finely minced

1/2 tsp Five spice pwdr 1/2 tsp Chilli pwdr 4 sm Turkey drumsticks

Direcciones

1. Preheat the oven to 220 C, 425 F, Gas Mark 7.
2. Mix together the ingredients for the glaze and baste over the turkey drumsticks. Bake in the oven for 20-30 min, basting with the sauce and turning occasionally.
3. Notes These can be served with fried seaweed to give an additional touch of the orient.
4. NOTES : This easy to make glaze makes the turkey drumsticks ideal for in or possibly outdoor cooking.
