Ingredientes

  • 1 1/2 lbs. hamburger or possibly cube steak
  • 3 Packages Bird's Eye stir-fry vegetables
  • 1 teaspoon seasoned salt
  • 1 teaspoon onion salt
  • 6 tbsp. veg. oil
  • 1/4 c. soy sauce

Direcciones

  1. Brown beef. Drain and set aside. Heat a large skillet till a drop of water beads up. Add in vegetables; pour veg. oil over vegetables. Stir to coat. Heat for 3 min. stir once to prevent sticking. Add in season packs (this comes with vegetables). Stir to coat with seasonings. Cover, reduce heat to simmer, and cook for 10 min. Add in meat, seasoned salt, onion salt, and soy sauce. Stir to mix all ingredients. Cover and simmer for 10 min. Serve over rice.
