Ingredientes

  • 2 Tbsp soybean oil
  • 1 1/2 oz celery, cleaned, sliced
  • 1 1/2 oz mushrooms, fresh, sliced
  • 1/2 oz water chestnuts, sliced, canned, drained
  • 1 1/2 oz bamboo shoots, sliced, canned, drained
  • 2 oz bean sprouts, fresh
  • 2 oz bok choy, cleaned, 2" strips
  • 1 oz snow pea pods, frozen
  • 1 cup KK chicken broth, #RO71100
  • 1 tsp soy sauce, light
  • 1 tsp oyster sauce
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp sugar
  • 1/2 tsp MSG
  • 2 Tbsp cornstarch mixture, #RO71150
  • 2 each sesame oil drops

Direcciones

  1. Heat soybean oil in a hot wok. Add the vegetables as listed, stir-frying each so that they will cook tender.
  2. Meanwhile, add chicken broth and seasoning.
  3. When vegetables are tender but bright in color and crisp, add cornstarch mixture and cook only until clear and thickened. Stir in sesame oil.
  4. Place in preheated serving dish and serve.
