- 1/2 Tbsp Shaoxing cooking wine
- 2 garlic cloves, chopped
- For sauce:
- 1 Tbsp Worcestershire sauce (or substitute with 2 tsp soy sauce and 1 tsp distilled vinegar)
- 1 1/2 Tbsp ketchup
- 1/2 Tbsp sugar
- 1 1/2 Tbsp water
- dash of sesame oil
