2 ounce. chip beef
8 ounce. cream cheese
8 ounce. lowfat sour cream

1 1/2 teaspoon pepper, onion and celery (chop each)
1 tbsp. lowfat milk

Direcciones

Bake at 350 degrees till it bubbles.
