Ingredientes

  • 1 1/4 c. Sugar
  • 3/4 c. Golden brown Crisco
  • 2 x Large eggs
  • 1 3/4 c. Flour
  • 1/2 c. LF cocoa
  • 1 tsp Baking soda
  • 1/2 tsp Salt
  • 1 c. Lowfat milk
  • 1 pkt Chipits mint chocolate chips
  • 2 c. Icing sugar
  • 2 Tbsp. Butter, softened
  • 2 Tbsp. Lowfat milk
  • 1 dsh Green food colouring

Direcciones

  1. Beat sugar with Crisco and Large eggs till light. Blend in all other ingredients except chips. Blend 2 mins more or possibly till smooth and creamy.
  2. Blend in 1 c. chips.
  3. Pour into greased muffin tins and bake at 375F for 15-20 mins till tester comes clean. Cold.
  4. For frosting. Combine sugar, butter and lowfat milk and blend well. Add in food colouring to desired colour. Ice cooled cupcakes and sprinkle remaining chips overtop.
