Chipped Beef Cream Cheese Ball

Ingredientes

  • 1 (8 ounce.) cream cheese
  • 1 tbsp. lowfat milk
  • 3 or possibly 4 tbsp. horseradish
  • 1 pkg. dry beef
  • 1 bunch spring onions

Direcciones

  1. Soften cream cheese in bowl. Mix together with lowfat milk and horseradish. Cut 1/2 of the minced beef into tiny pcs, 1/2 of the spring onions, and mix together.
  2. Form a ball. If too soft chill. Cut the other 1/2 of chipped beef and onions, and press into the surface of the ball. Chill. Serve with crackers. Beat if made a day ahead.
