Ingredientes

4 tbsp. butter 4 tbsp. flour 1/2 teaspoon salt

2 jars dry beef 2 c. lowfat milk Toast

Direcciones

1. Heat the butter. Add in flour and salt, stir till smooth. Add in lowfat milk. Stir till thickened. Add in minced dry beef. Serve over toast.
