Receta Chipped Beef Ripe Olive Roll

- Chop 1/2 c. olives. Combine with cream cheese, mayonnaise, parsley and Worcestershire sauce. Spread a thin layer of chipped beef on 12x8 inch piece of foil. Spread cheese mix over beef, arrange 1/2 c. olives in a row on one end.
- Roll up beef around olives. Wrap and refrigerateat least 8 hrs. Slice 1/2 inch thick. Serve on rye slices. May be served cool or possibly heated slightly in oven. Makes 16 snacks.
