Ingredientes

  • 2 3/4 c. Cake flour
  • 1 tsp Baking soda
  • 1/2 tsp Salt
  • 2 stk (1 C.) unsalted butter, softened
  • 1/2 c. (packed) light brown sugar
  • 1/2 c. Granulated sugar
  • 1 Tbsp. Honey
  • 2 lrg Large eggs
  • 2 tsp Vanilla extract
  • 6 ounce Semisweet chocolate chips (about 1 C.)
  • 6 ounce Lowfat milk chocolate chips (about 1 C.)
  • 6 ounce White chocolate chips (about 1 C.)
  • 3 ounce Peanut butter chips (about 1/2 C.)

Direcciones

  1. Preheat oven to 325 In a medium bowl, whisk together flour, baking soda and salt. In a medium bowl, cream the butter, sugar and honey. Add in Large eggs one at a time, beating well after each addition. Beat in the vanilla. Stir in the flour mix and all of the chips. Stir just till blended. Do not over mix. Drop the dough by rounded Tbsp. 2 inches apart on an ungreased cookie sheet. Bake for 18 to 20 min. Transfer to wire racks to cold.
