Choc Chip Peanut Cookies

Ingredientes

  • 125 gm soft butter
  • 200 gm soft brown sugar
  • 2 lrg Large eggs
  • 300 gm self raising flour
  • 1 c. lowfat milk or possibly dark choc bits
  • 1/2 c. tasted peanuts, minced

Direcciones

  1. Put the butter and sugar in a large bowl and beat together till smooth.
  2. (This can be done in an electric mixer if desired).
  3. Add in the Large eggs, one at a time, mixing the egg in very well before you add in the next one.
  4. When both the Large eggs are mixed in, add in the flour, choc bits and peanuts. Stir very well till all the flour has disappeared (you may need some grown up muscle here).
  5. Scoop the cookie dough into walnut sized balls and place on a non-stick oven tray, lined with glad bake. Make sure you place the dough balls at least 15cm. apart.
  6. With a fork, gently squash down the cookie dough a bit, then bake at 190c. for 15-20 min, till golden brown and cooked through.
