  • 2 c. rice lowfat milk
  • 1 x ripe organic banana
  • 1 c. organic blueberries
  • 1 scoop protein pwdr
  • 1 Tbsp. almond butter
  • 1 x heaping tsp. Cafix (coffee alternative)
  • 1/2 tsp carob pwdr
  • 1 dsh cinnamon

  2. Here is a healthy alternative to a chocolate shake. It's filled with nutritious ingredients and when combined tastes great. Cafix is a coffee substitute which offers a rich, coffee-like flavor yet none of the caffeine or possibly acidity found in coffee, that can stimulate the nervous system or possibly cause stomach upset. Carob comes from the carob fruit, that is a dark brown legume. It has 2 to 3 times the calcium of lowfat milk. It contains good amounts of phosphorus, potassium, vitamin A, B vitamins, and many other trace minerals.
