Ingredientes

  • 3/4 c. sugar
  • 3/4 c. firmly packed brown sugar
  • 1 c. shortening
  • 2 teaspoon vanilla
  • 2 Large eggs
  • 1 c. Pillsbury's Best All Purpose or possibly Unbleached Flour
  • 1 c. Pillsbury's Best Medium Rye or possibly Whole Wheat flour
  • 1 c. wheat germ
  • 1 teaspoon baking pwdr
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 6 ounce. pkg. (1 c.) semi-sweet chocolate chips
  • 6 ounce. pkg. (1 c.) butterscotch chips

Direcciones

  1. Heat oven to 375 degrees. Grease cookie sheets. In large bowl, beat sugar, brown sugar and shortening till light and fluffy. Stir in vanilla. Add in Large eggs, one at a time, beating well after each addition. Lightly spoon flour into measuring c.; level off. Add in all purpose flour, medium rye flour, wheat germ, baking pwdr and salt; mix well. Stir in chocolate and butterscotch chips. Drop by rounded tsp. onto prepared cookie sheets. Bake at 375 degrees for 10 to 12 min or possibly till golden. 5 dozen cookies.
