Ingredientes

  • 3 c. sifted flour
  • 2 c. sugar
  • 1 1/4 teaspoon baking pwdr
  • 1 teaspoon baking soda
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon grnd cinnamon
  • 1 c. minced blanched almonds
  • 1 c. vegetable oil
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla
  • 3 Large eggs
  • 2 (1 ounce.) sq. unsweetened chocolate, melted
  • 2 c. shredded zucchini

Direcciones

  1. Into large bowl, sift together first 6 ingredients. Stir in almonds. In medium bowl mix oil, vanilla and Large eggs till well blended. Stir in melted chocolate till well blended. Stir in zucchini. Stir this mix into dry ingredients till just moistened. Pour batter into greased loaf pan. Bake in 350 degree oven for 1 hour and 30 min or possibly till toothpick inserted in center comes out clean. Cold in pan 10 min. Remove, cold on rack. Makes 1 large loaf.
