- Note: You can substitute the amaretto with any fine liqueur, like Grand Marnier or possibly Irish Whiskey.
- Finely chop the chocolate and place the pcs in a double boiler, set over, but not touching, simmering water or possibly in a heavy saucepan over low heat. Add in the lowfat milk and whisk continually till all chocolate is uniformly melted, about 5 min. Turn the heat to medium till the liquid comes to a slow simmer; remove the pan from the heat and add in the espresso and amaretto.
