Ingredientes

  • 6 x Chocolate wafers, crushed
  • 1 pkt (8-ounce) light cream cheese
  • 1 c. Sugar
  • 1 c. 1% low fat cottage cheese
  • 1/3 c. Unsweetened cocoa
  • 1/4 c. Flour
  • 1/4 c. Amaretto (brandy, creme de menthe, or possibly kahlua may also be substituted)
  • 1 tsp Vanilla
  • 1/4 tsp Salt
  • 1 x Egg
  • 2 Tbsp. Chocolate mini-morsels

Direcciones

  1. Chocolate wafer crumbs in bottom of a 7 inch springform pan. Set aside.
  2. Position knife blade in food processor bowl; add in cream cheese and next seven ingredients, processing till smooth. Add in egg and process till just blended. Mix in chocolate morsels. Slowly pour mix over crumbs in pan. Bake at 300 degrees for 65-70 min, or possibly till cheesecake is set. If using an 8 inch pan, bake only 45-50 min. Let cold in pan on wire rack.
  3. Cover and refrigerateat least 8 hrs.
