Ingredientes

  • 1 c. unsweetened cocoa pwdr
  • 2 c. sugar
  • 1/3 c. flour
  • 4 1/2 c. lowfat milk
  • 12 ounce semisweet chocolate grated
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 tsp cinnamon
  • 5 Tbsp. pine nuts toasted under the broiler till light golden
  • 10 x six-oz ramekins

Direcciones

  1. Mix the cocoa pwdr, sugar and flour together and place in a mixing bowl. Slowly whisk in the lowfat milk to first form a paste and later to dissolve the dry ingredients into the lowfat milk.
  2. Place lowfat milk mix into a large saucepan and, stirring constantly over medium heat, slowly bring to a boil. Remove from heat and add in chocolate, vanilla and cinnamon and stir to mix well and to heat chocolate.
  3. Fill the ramekins to 4/5 full, and allow to cold. Sprinkle each with toasted pine nuts and serve.
  4. This recipe yields 10 servings.
