Ingredientes

  • 1 x 113 g, (4oz) carton cream cheese
  • 50 gm Caster sugar, (2oz)
  • 75 gm De-luxe plain chocolate, melted (3oz)
  • 25 gm Minced, mixed nuts (1oz)
  • 250 ml Double cream, slightly whipped (8 fl ounce)
  • 1 x Sweet pastry case Chocolate leaves

Direcciones

  1. In a large bowl, cream together the cream cheese and sugar.
  2. Stir in the melted chocolate and mixed nuts and mix in 3/4 of the cream.
  3. Spoon the chocolate and nut mix into the pastry case.
  4. Whip the remaining cream till thick sufficient to pipe and use to decorate the flan along with the chocolate leaves.
  5. NOTES : A delicious quick desert for chocolate fans!
