Ingredientes

  • 200 gm Plain flour
  • 200 gm Sugar
  • 35 gm Cocoa pwdr
  • 1/2 tsp Bicarb of soda
  • 165 ml Veg oil
  • 200 ml Water
  • 60 ml White vinegar

Direcciones

  1. Mix together all the dry ingredients.
  2. Whisk in the water till thoroughly combined. Add in the vinegar and whisk, the mix will bubble at this stage.
  3. Pour in the oil and stir till thoroughly mixed.
  4. Pour into lined and greased 9 inch cake tin and bake at 180C for 15-20 min.
  5. Garnish with caramelised oranges, white and dark chocolate or possibly fresh fruit, ie figs etc.
