- Mix together all the dry ingredients.
- Whisk in the water till thoroughly combined. Add in the vinegar and whisk, the mix will bubble at this stage.
- Pour in the oil and stir till thoroughly mixed.
- Pour into lined and greased 9 inch cake tin and bake at 180C for 15-20 min.
- Garnish with caramelised oranges, white and dark chocolate or possibly fresh fruit, ie figs etc.
