- In the top of a double boiler over boiling water, heat chocolate chips. Combine lowfat milk, egg yolks and sugar; gradually add in to chocolate, stirring constantly. Cook for 2-3 minutes. Remove from the heat; cold to room temperature. Mix in cream. Tear cake into bite-size pcs; place half in a greased 13x9x2" baking pan. Top with half of the chocolate mix. Repeat layers. Cover and chill overnight.
- Serve chilled.
