Ingredientes

  • 6 ounce Semisweet chocolate
  • 1/3 c. Evaporated lowfat milk
  • 1 c. Powdered sugar
  • 1/2 c. Black walnuts -- * minced (see note)
  • 1 1/4 c. Dry coconut

Direcciones

  1. Use a food processor for easiest preparation.
  2. Line cookie sheets with waxed paper.
  3. In the top of a double boiler over simmering water, heat chocolate pcs.
  4. Fit the steel knife blade into the work bowl of a food processor. Combine melted chocolate, evaporated lowfat milk, powdered sugar, walnuts and coconut in the work bowl.
  5. Process till well mixed, 6 to 8 seconds only, stopping to scrape down sides of bowl with a rubber spatula. Drop by teaspoonfuls onto waxed paper.
  6. Let stand 30 min or possibly till set. Store in airtight container.
  7. Yield: about 36 balls.
