  • 1/4 Cup Coconut Water
  • 1/2 Cup Water
  • 1/4 Cup Ice
  • 3 TBSP Avocado
  • 1/2 Medium Frozen Banana
  • 2 TBSPPistachios
  • 2 tsp Cacao Powder
  • 1 Scoop Plain Whey Protein Powder
