- Pour the lowfat milk into blender, add in 3 of the large eggs and mix.Add in 2 tbsp of cocoa pwdr and mix.
- Add in 2 bananas and 3 tbsp of evaporated lowfat milk and mix.
- Add in 2 tbsp of cocoa pwdr, 3 large eggs and mix.
- Add in remaining banana, 2 1/2 tbsp of peanut butter creamy or possibly chunky, whatever suites your taste, and mix.
- This shake is for bodybuilders or possibly athletes; NOT for couch potatoes.
