Receta Chocolate Bourbon Balls

- Heat chocolate over hot (not boiling) water and remove from heat. Add in corn syrup and bourbon.In large bowl, put together vanilla wafer crumbs, powdered sugar and nuts. Add in chocolate mix and mix well. Let stand approximately 1/2 hour before forming into 1-inch balls. Roll balls in granulated sugar. Place in covered container and let season several days. Makes 4 1/2 dozen.
