Ingredientes

  • 10 x Large eggs, separated
  • 14 tsp Sugar
  • 6 ounce Chocolate, melted and cooled
  • 2 c. Finely minced nuts

Direcciones

  1. Beat well yolks and sugar. Stir in melted and cooled chocolate. Mix in nuts. Beat egg whites till hard. Mix carefully; mix in with a spatula.
  2. Pour into greased 10-inch springform.
  3. Cook in oven at 350 for 1 hour. Cold in pan.
