Ingredientes

  • 1/2 c. Butter, softened
  • 1/2 c. Brown sugar
  • 1 x Egg yolk
  • 1 c. Flour
  • 1/2 tsp Vanilla
  • 1 x 8-oz lowfat milk chocolate bar
  • 1 x 8-oz dark chocolate bar
  • 1/2 x 4-oz German's sweet chocolate bar
  • 1 c. Minced pecans

  1. One of my all time favorites, this is from a book called "Chocolate Mousse"
  2. that I treasure for all things chocolate. I like to serve them in a napkin lined basket.
  3. Cream butter and sugar till fluffy. Add in egg yolk, flour and vanilla, mixing well. Spread on ungreased jelly roll pan approximately 1/4-inch thick. Bake at 350 for 15 min.
  4. Heat chocolates in top of double boiler.* While cookie is still hot, spread on chocolate. Sprinkle with pecans. Place in freezer till frzn.
  5. Remove and break into pcs wiht point of knife. Best served shortly after removing from freezer.**
  6. I heat them in the microwave.**I store them in the freezer.
