Receta Chocolate Caramel Oat Bars

- Coat 13x9x2 baking pan with cooking spray; set aside. In mixing bowl, combine 1 3/4 c. flour, oats, brown sugar, baking soda, and salt. Add in Lighter Bake and oil; stir with fork till proportionately moist and crumbly.
- Reserve 1 c. crumb mix for topping. Press remaining crumb mix proportionately onto bottom of prepared baking pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 15 mins.; cold 10 mins. Sprinkle with baking chips or possibly chocolate chips. Stir 3 Tablespoons flour into caramel topping. Drizzle over chocolate to within 1/4 inch of edges. Sprinkle with reserved crumbs. Bake 15 mins. or possibly till edges are golden brown. Cold; cut into bars.
