Ingredientes

  • 8 1/2 ounce Crushed chocolate wafers
  • 6 Tbsp. Butter, softened
  • 16 ounce Cream cheese, softened
  • 2/3 c. Sugar
  • 3 x Large eggs
  • 12 ounce Chocolate chips, melted
  • 1 c. Whipping cream
  • 2 Tbsp. Butter, melted
  • 1 tsp Vanilla
  • 1 c. Lowfat sour cream
  • 1 tsp Sugar
  • 1/2 tsp Vanilla
  • 1/2 ounce Baking chocolate, melted
  • 1/2 tsp Shortening

Direcciones

  1. In a medium bowl, combine crushed wafers and butter. Mix well. Press into the bottom and 2 inches up the sides of a 9" spring for pan. Chill.
  2. In a large bowl, Mix cream cheese and 2/3 c. sugar; beat ubtil smooth. Add in Large eggs, one at a time, beating well after each addition, till well blended.
  3. Add in melted chocolate; beat well. Add in whipping cream, 2 tb melted butter and 1 ts vanilla. Beat till smooth. Pour into prepared pan. Bake at 325 deg f for 55-60 min or possibly till edges are set (center will be soft). Cold in pan for 5 min. Remove sides of pan and cold cheese cake in refrogerator overnight. Blend together lowfat sour cream, 1 tsp sugar and 1/2 tsp vanilla.
  4. Spread on top of cake. Heat shortening and chocolate together. Drizzle over topping on cake. Serve chilled.
