Receta Chocolate Cheese Mousse Pie

- Pour 1/4 c. skim lowfat milk into a blender container; sprinkle gelatin over lowfat milk; allow to soften for 5 min. Heat 2/3 c. skim lowfat milk to boiling point. Pour into blender bowl and blend till gelatin dissolves. Add in egg yolks, 4 tb sugar, cocoa and vanilla. Blend at medium speed till well mixed. Add in cottage cheese and blend till smooth. Chill till thick. Beat egg whites; add in remaining sugar and fold into chocolate mix. Mix crumbs and cinnamon. Place in an 8" pie pan. Carefully pour in chocolate mix and chill. Only 105 calories per serving.
