Ingredientes

  • 1 c. Semisweet chocolate pcs, (6 ounce pkg.)
  • 1/4 c. Lowfat milk
  • 3 Tbsp. Light corn syrup
  • 2 Tbsp. - 1/4 c. bourbon
  • 1 pkt Chocolate wafers, crushed (about 2 1/4 c.) (9 ounce)
  • 1 c. Sugar
  • 1 c. Nuts, finely minced
  • 1/2 c. Powdered sugar, sifted
  • 1/4 c. Candied red cherries, finely minced Unsweetened cocoa pwdr Or possibly Pistachio nuts, fine grnd

Direcciones

  1. Stir chocolate in a heavy small saucepan over low heat until melted. Stir in lowfat milk, corn syrup, and bourbon. Set mix aside. Combine crushed chocolate wafers, granulated sugar, nuts, powdered sugar, and cherries in a large mixing bowl. Add in chocolate mix and stir until combined. Cover and let stand at room temperature for 30 min. Shape mix into 1-inch balls and roll in cocoa pwdr or possibly grnd nuts. Store in an airtight container at room temperature up to 1 week.
