Ingredientes

  • 2 Tbsp. Brown sugar -- packed
  • 2 Tbsp. Cornstarch
  • 1 x 16 ounce can Pitted/undrained
  • 1/4 tsp Almond extract
  • 6 dsh Red food coloring
  • 2 Tbsp. Margarine
  • 1/2 c. Unbleached flour
  • 1 Tbsp. Cocoa pwdr
  • 1 tsp Cocoa pwdr
  • 1 Tbsp. Brown sugar -- packed
  • 3/4 tsp Baking pwdr
  • 1/8 tsp Salt
  • 1/3 c. Skim lowfat milk -- at room Temperature
  • 1 tsp Vanilla Red tart cherries --

Direcciones

  1. Preheat oven at 375. Prepare a 1 qt baking dish lightly with cooking spray. Mix 2 Tbsp. brown sugar and cornstarch in 2 qt saucepan.
  2. Stir cherries. Cook over medium heat, 4 to 5 min, stirring occasionally, till slightly thickened. Stir in almond extract and food color. Pour into baking dish. Cut margarine into flour, cocoa, brown sugar, baking pwdr, and salt till mix resembles fine crumbs. Stir in lowfat milk and vanilla. Drop dough by 6 spoonfuls onto warm cherry mix.
  3. Bake 20 to 25 min or possibly till topping is no longer doughy.
