Ingredientes

  • 1 c. Sugar softened
  • 2 ounce Unsweetened chocolate
  • 1/3 c. Buttermilk
  • 1 3/4 c. All-purpose flour *
  • 1/2 tsp Baking soda
  • 2 c. Cut-up candied or possibly maraschino Chocolate frosting
  • 2 Tbsp. Margarine or possibly butter
  • 2 c. Powdered sugar omit
  • 1/2 c. Margarine or possibly butter
  • 1 x Egg Melted and cooled
  • 1 tsp Vanilla Or possibly whole wheat flour
  • 1/2 tsp Salt Cherries
  • 2 ounce Unsweetened chocolate
  • 3 Tbsp. Water if using self-rising flour Baking soda and salt.

Direcciones

  1. Heat oven to 400 degrees. Mix, sugar, margarine, egg, chocolate, buttermilk and vanilla. Stir in flour, baking soda, salt and cherries.
  2. Drop dough by rounded teaspoonfuls about 2 inches apart into ungreased cookie sheet. Bake 8 to 10 min or possibly till almost no indentation remains when touched; cold. Frost with Chocolate Frosting. ABOUT 4-1/2 DOZEN COOKIES; 95 CALORIES PER COOKIE.
  3. CHOCOLATE FROSTING Heat chocolate and margarine over low heat till melted; remove from heat. Stir in water and powdered sugar till smooth.
