Receta Chocolate-Chip Banana cookies(healthful)
I revised the hersheys recipe to pack more nutrients in for the kiddos, replace the eggs(Im allergic) reduce the gluten...Im TRYING....to get there(i used pastry flour,its much lower in gluten,you can use reg. unbleached all purpose but if you use graham I would put it in the blender and mill it first to make it finer)

- Pre-heat oven to 375.
- Mix all the dry ingredients together(the first 6) in seperate bowl
- Cream all other ingredients except the choc. chips in electric stand mixer(or with a mixer,or by hand)
- Add dry ingredients to wet,whilst mixing slowly.
- Combine chocolate chips.
- Spoon unto baking stones or greased cookie sheets
- cook for 15-18 minutes convect, prob.shorter using regular oven one pan at a time?
