Chocolate Chip Brownie Torte

Ingredientes

  • 3/4 c. butter
  • 1 c. mini chocolate chips
  • 1 1/2 c. sugar
  • 1 1/2 c. flour
  • 1 teaspoon baking pwdr
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 4 large eggs (be careful to not cook large eggs while adding to warm mix)
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla
  • 1/2 c. nuts (opt.)
  • 8 ounce tub Cold Whip, chilled
  • 1/4-1/2 c. powdered sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla
  • 2/3 c. mini chocolate chips

Direcciones

  1. Heat butter and chips till melted. Stir in rest of ingredients. Spread in jelly roll pan and bake 20 to 25 min at 350 degrees. Cool completely. Cut in 4 pcs.
  2. Beat cream sugar and vanilla in chilled bowl till stiff. Stir in chips. Stack 4 pcs of cake on top of one another with frosting between each layer and also covering entire cake.
