Receta Chocolate Chip Cookie Muffins

These muffins are so good. Who doesn't love Chocolate Chip Cookies? Especially for breakfast? So here is a "healthier" option!
- 2 cups flour
- 1/3 cup sugar
- 1/3 cup brown sugar
- 2 teaspoons baking powder
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 2/3 cup milk
- 1/2 cup butter (melted)
- 2 eggs
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- 2 cups milk chocolate chips (I personally think it would have been better to have the mini chocolate chips-which I didn't have!)
- 1/2 cup walnuts (optional)
Mix dry ingredients first. Then add wet ingredients. Mix well. Then add chocolate chips and nuts.
Bake at 400 for 15-20 minutes-or until toothpick comes out clean! Makes a dozen good sized muffins.
