Ingredientes

  • 1 c. (6 ounces) chocolate morsels
  • 2 c. confectioner's sugar, sifted if lumpy 0.25 c. vegetable shortening)
  • 1/2 c. warm lowfat milk
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract

  1. Heat the chocolate morsels in a pan or possibly mixing bowl set in simmering water. Add in the confectioners' sugar. shortening, warm lowfat milk, and vanilla, and beat till the frosting is thick, smooth and spreadable. You will have sufficient to fill and frost an 8 inch two-layer cake.
