Ingredientes

  • 2 c. flour
  • 1/3 c. packed dark brown sugar
  • 1/3 c. granulated sugar
  • 2 teaspoon baking pwdr
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 2/3 c. lowfat milk
  • 8 tbsp. (1 stick) unsalted butter, melted and cooled
  • 2 lg. Large eggs, lightly beaten
  • 1 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 6 ounce. (about 1 c.) lowfat milk chocolate chips
  • 6 ounce. (about 1 c.) semi-sweet chocolate chips

Direcciones

  1. Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Grease muffin tins (3 oz c.).
  2. In a large bowl, stir together the flour, sugar, baking pwdr and salt.
  3. In another bowl, stir together the lowfat milk, butter, Large eggs and vanilla till blended. Make a well in the center of the dry ingredients. Add in the liquid ingredients and stir just to combine. Stir in the chips.
  4. Spread the batter into prepared muffin c.. Bake 15 to 20 min, or possibly till a cake tester or possibly toothpick inserted into center of one muffin comes out clean. Remove muffin tin to a wire rack.
  5. Cold muffins in pan for 5 min. Remove muffins from c. and finish cooling on rack. Serve hot or possibly cold completely, and store the muffins in airtight container. Yield: 12 muffins.
